I've been a customer of pitbull gear for the last couple years ordering collars for my 3 dogs as well as a family members dog. Also, several shirts, hoodies, zip ups and tanks. This is the first time I've ordered any digital art and I am so over the moon happy with my pieces! If I could rate 100 stars I would! This small business is absolutely incredible with their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I submitted 4 different photos. 1 of my heart dog Mocha that passed in March 2024, 1 of my sensitive boy Axel and 2 of my crazy boy Tonka. All 4 are just amazing! Like I literally am speechless. Im so great full especially for the one they did of Mocha as I feel it helps truly honor her memory. I placed my order along with a custom collar and harness and literally a day later I had an email with all 4 renderings done along with letting me know I could request edits if I wanted. Pitbull gear and the care they give their customers is a rare find these days and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for any product they offer.

To be honest I was leery at first because 99% of the ads on Facebook are scams. But I was so happy to find an honest to God legitimate hard working company as yours. I myself am retired from the USAF and appreciate the outstanding work they do. The customer service and follow up is so personal and genuine. I’m so pleased and thrilled with the whimsical photo they made of my Max. He was my best friend and I miss him everyday. This is a terrific tribute to him. I have posted on my facebook page recommending your business to all my friends with pets. I have 5 more dogs

I’m on my 3rd pity that Connie and her team at PBG have made numerous collars for. Every time I’ve got one I am blown away with the quality and craftsmanship of these products. No one else is even close out there. Not to mention the options you have to make it feel even more personalized. These people care about the product they ship to you. Trust me. They could probably charge way more but they don’t. It’s such a great valve that’s made here in America. Thx PBG

My new rescue dog required a very magnificent collar and leash for our first meeting and the beginning of his new forever life. Mercury was at Rockin’ Rescue in Woodland Hills, CA for 4 years. This had to be super special and done before I flew from Oregon to adopt him. There was a story about him in Newsweek on 9.3.25. Connie and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had his new attire several days before my flight left. Absolutely Magnificent! The collar fit perfectly, is heavy duty, the buckle and D ring are sturdy, the leather is Italian, and our leash is gorgeous functional as well! Mercury knew when that collar went on, he was chosen and his life had just changed! It was Epic! So, treat you and your dog! Outstanding collar, twisted leather leash, and people!
