If you are not satisfied with an item please contact us within 14 Days to discuss a return. We do not issue refunds, only store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to sender. *Original Shipping & Handling and Return postage charges will not be refunded unless it was our mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All leather items are custom made to order and therefore returns of these items are taken on a case by case basis. In some cases they can be returned for partial store credit. Personalized leather items can be given a credit of $20 to reuse the name plate on another item in some cases. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like embroidered items, suede products, small harnesses, spring poles, flirt poles, super tugs, decals and overstock items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges, only store credit.
Refunds
We do not do refunds, only store credit. However, if you are entitled to a refund, that was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel a leather item(s) order, we ask that you do it within 10 days of placing your order with the exception of *RUSH ORDERS which need to be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. Leather items with Name Plates are subject to a $20 fee for your name plate if it has been made already. *No Exceptions.
