I'm a 36DD with a 34" belly, got one size up than I'd normally wear & the XL fits nicely. A little bit loose around armpits showing my bra but not too tight. I haven't worn it in public yet so I don't know how people's reactions are to what it says but it's fantastic for working out in! Will update once I wear it out.
