Typographical Errors
In the event that a Pit Bull Gear, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pit Bull Gear, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pit Bull Gear, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pit Bull Gear, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Nonetheless, Pit Bull Gear, LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Leather Colors
When choosing a leather color/style we strongly recommend using the Leather Color Chart. This chart is the most accurate representation of that particular hide/skin you are choosing. The swatches of different leather colors/textures are a small representation of that particular hide/skin only. Because each hide or skin is completely unique, patterns, colors, and textures may vary slightly from the ones you see here. We try to ensure that the color of each photo is the same reflection of the real leather. However due to lighting and color variances between computer monitors and lighting, swatch colors may not appear exactly on screen as they do in real life. If there is a noticeable difference in leather color we will update the Leather Color Chart to reflect the difference. Therefore photos of products and customer photos are not always going to be the best representation of a particular leather color if that hide color has changed enough to change the swatch. Any questions you have on a leather color, we will gladly help you out.
Multiple Item Orders
When ordering multiple items, we will ship everything together. Please note on your products the expected shipping time. For example if you order apparel (usually ships in 1-2 Business Days) with a leather item (usually ships in 15 business days), the order will ship together when the leather item(s) are complete. In some cases, if something is back ordered, we will ship out orders separately. If you want something sooner, please make 2 separate orders.
International Orders
Customs: The consumer is completely responsible to know what their country's customs allows to be imported. If a product or products are destroyed by customs, Pit Bull Gear, LLC is not responsible. We will however notify you if we know positively something you ordered will not pass customs. For instance we know Australia does not allow the importing of spiked dog collars or powder supplements. Please check with your customs to make sure what you want to order is allowed. Pit Bull Gear, LLC is not liable for any duties and taxes assessed on any shipment or any other fees that may incur by customs. If the recipient refuses the package or refuses to pay for duties, taxes or any other customs fees, the package will be returned to Pit Bull Gear, LLC. We will then notify the customer when we receive the returned merchandise. Only Store credit will be issued to the customer for the returned items. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded or credited.
Shipped Orders
Once a package is picked up by USPS or UPS, it is out of our control. We send tracking information so the customer will know when their item has shipped and when it should be delivered, so they can keep track of it. This information is also on your account. If you never received your item and the tracking says it was delivered,
USPS: contact your local post office, as it is possible they are holding it there? Also check with your Mail Carrier, as he would know what he did with it. You also may call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
