We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Original Shipping & Handling and Return postage charges will not be refunded unless it was our mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Leather Items. All leather items are custom made to order and therefore most of the time cannot be returned. However in some cases it could be returned for store credit or partial credit. All leather returns are subject to a 20% stocking fee. Personalized leather items in some cases we can give a credit of $20 to reuse the name plate on another item. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like suede products, small harnesses, spring poles, flirt poles, super tugs, decals and overstock items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not do exchanges, only store credit.
We do not do refunds, only store credit. However, if you are entitled to a refund, that was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you want to cancel a leather item(s) order, we ask that you do it within 10 days of placing your order. Leather items with Name Plates are subject to a $20 fee for your name plate if it has been made already. *No Exceptions.
