Choosing The Correct Size:
MEASURE YOUR DOG'S ACTUAL NECK SIZE WHERE THE COLLAR WILL SIT (PREFERABLY WITH A SOFT TAPE). THEN CHOOSE THE SIZE RANGE THAT FITS YOUR DOG'S EXACT NECK MEASUREMENT. IF YOUR DOG'S NECK SIZE IS AT THE END OF A SIZE RANGE, WE RECOMMEND YOU GO WITH THE NEXT SIZE RANGE UP. EXAMPLE 18" NECK YOU SHOULD CHOOSE 17" - 20 1/2" NECK RATHER THEN 15" - 18 1/2" NECK.
*IF IN DOUBT PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP: PLEASE GIVE US YOUR DOG'S NECK MEASUREMENT WHEN CONTACTING US.COLLARS WITH NAME PLATES ATTACHED CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED.
BELOW IS HOW WE MEASURE OUR COLLARS:
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NAME PLATE
Your custom name plate is made from Nickel Silver or Brass. It will require maintenance over time to keep it looking brand new.
NICKEL: If your nickel name plate begins to tarnish, use fine steel wool lightly over the top (be careful not to scratch the collar), use a jewelry polishing pad for shine (optional), then lightly dab WD-40 or coconut oil on top.
BRASS: The gold coloring is known to tarnish, or appear dirty, due to chemical reaction caused by air or moisture. This may also cause your name plate to look worn out. If this occurs, simply use a soft cloth to wipe the tag, add Brass Polish and hand buff until you have it looking like new again.
Definitely will be going back here again for any collars for our dogs!❤️
I spent a lot of time looking for the BEST custom made collars for our new pit bull puppy & fell in love when I found this company. I was hesitant bc of the turn around time but it came in yesterday & was more than worth the wait! Money well spent! It is VERY well made & exactly what I wanted. We have received so many compliments already! Planning on ordering a harness & leash to match very soon!
Thank you so much Sara and Bandit!
I bought the first collar for my AmStaff 4 years ago nearly and it's still in perfect condition for its age. The buckets wore thru a little but that was expected as she loves rolling on concrete. The new pup came along and yes he's a Working Shepherd but couldn't go past this for quality. Stands up to the toughest conditions in Australia so far
Thank you Tony, we appreciate your support!
