How do I return an item?

PITBULLGEAR.COMâ„¢ wants our customers to have a great experience shopping on our site. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit with the following conditions within 30 days of receiving your item:
You must get approval first for a return, please e-mail: sales@pitbullgear.com

Collars, Harnesses & Leads: Leather Products are made to order and therefore can only be returned if we (Pit Bull Gear) have made a mistake on size, color or wrong item. Some collars, harnesses & leads can be returned for store credit, if we feel they are re-sellable. We do not accept returns/exchanges on Medium or X-Large Harnesses.

Apparel: Can be exchanged if it has not been worn or washed.

Nutrition: Can only be returned if defective or outdated.

Specials: Can not be returned. All sales are final on items marked as specials.

Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded, unless it was our mistake.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
