Pit Bull Gear's "Best of the Best" and "Pit Bull Fun Day"
Pit Bull Gear presents "Best of the Best" - A Double BBCR Confirmation Show & BBCR KID'S FORMATION plus
a Pit Bull Fun Day Event on the same day, April 28, 2012 at the
Florida State Fairgrounds: 4800 US HWY. 301 North, Tampa, FL, 33610.

All Events are being held inside the 61,000 sq. ft. Rodeo Dome. Gates open at 9am, Registration starts at 9am, BBCR KID'S FORMATION starts at 11am., immediately followed by the 1st of 2 BBCR Conformation shows. Classes are American Bully and Classic Bully. (Custom Championship Belts, Custom Sculpted Trophies and Rosette Ribbons for winners)
Admission
is Kids 12 & under FREE, over 12 yrs. old $5 per person & $5
per dog. You are allowed 1 dog per person. More then 1 dog per person,
you must purchase a spot. We will also have crate space if you would
like to bring a crate.
You will be able to register your
dog with the BBCR for free at the show. Please bring a copy of your
papers (AKC, UKC, etc.) more info on BBCR Registration HERE!
Between the 2 BBCR Conformation shows we will be having a "Stack-Off" for a $Cash Prize$ (any dog can enter). $10 per dog to enter, winner gets the whole pot!!
There will also be Weight Pull & Hang Time as well as a Fun Show with various categories for any dog to participate in (dogs do not have to be registered to participate in Weight Pull, Hang Time or Fun Show). CGC (Canine Good Citizen) testing will be done on site.

- BEST ADOPTABLE RESCUE (only adoptable dogs allowed in this class) This class is to highlight the dogs available for adoption at the event.
- BEST SENIOR (Over 6)
- BEST PUPPY (3-6 mo.)
- BEST RED
- BEST BLUE
- BEST BRINDLE
- BEST TRI-COLOR
- BEST FAWN or BUCKSKIN
- BEST WHITE or BLACK & WHITE
- BEST AMERICAN BULLY
- BEST AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER
- BEST AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER
- JUDGES CHOICE (Any Breed Dog can enter)
There
will be Vendors and Food there, plus lots of giveaways throughout the
day. Talk some sports with special guest MC Pat Donovan from Tampa
Live Sports. Lots of fun for the whole family.
RULES: - All dogs must have on a leash and collar at all times
- All dogs must have a valid Rabies tag
- No dog shall be left unattended at anytime
- No female dogs that are in heat!
- All dog owners will be responsible for their dogs. No aggressive dogs will be tolerated.
Dogs deemed aggressive will be asked to leave - No baiting or stand offs will be tolerated
- Please clean up behind your dogs. Anyone caught not cleaning up after your dog will be asked to leave.
- Participant's behavior should be positive and uphold the respect of themselves and the breed that we are representing.
